Established in 2019 by Chef Phillips, Random Fill-Ups is a proud Evansville-born business built on faith, family values, and a true passion for cooking. We started as a beloved bright blue food trailer, bringing slow-smoked barbecue and inventive, mouth-watering comfort food directly to our neighbors.Today, we've expanded from our food truck roots into a brick-and-mortar home at Main Street Food & Beverage on Main St. Every day, Chef Phillips serves up a diverse rotation of 10 to 12 scratch-made dishes—including our fan-favorite smoky brisket, hand-breaded nuggets, and signature "random sauce."
